This is a shot I took of Daddy working in his machine shop and could be the last one ever get to take. Daddy's congestive heart failure has became much worse over the past few months and his condition will probably not improve much at all He was actually shaving down a large format negative carrier so I could print full frame for my portfolio.
This image was captured with a Nikon D300, Nikkor 18-70mm lens and SB800.
Wow! THis is a classic working portrait. If it was shot on film I would love printing it on fiber! Very classic fundamental look
