Focus Stacking Assignment for Macro Class

This is also a combination of 48 stacked images.

This was an image taken for my Macro class at RCC.  Photoshop is making it possible for us to obtain much more depth of field than normal with macro photography by stacking the images.

This image was photographed with a Nikon D300 Nikkor 60mm macro lens and PG-2 focusing stage.
